Registration Opens
Start forming your teams and register for GlacierHack 2025. Avail early bird registration with 50% waiver on registration fees.
GlacierHack 2025 registration begins for students and participants. Create your profile on our platform and start exploring the domain of glaciers based on skills and interests. The early bird registration also starts from this day. A brief problem statement and evaluation criterion are published along with the domain description to guide your innovation journey.
Problem Statement for Phase I Released
Challenge details, data description and problem statements unveiled.
Detailed challenge specifications, evaluation criteria, and available dataset will be published. Start exploring the dataset, deepen your domain knowledge, and begin crafting an impactful solution.
Early Bird Registration Closes
Last day to register for GlacierHack 2025 with 50% waiver of registration fees.
Last day for participants to complete registration and form teams in early bird registration. After this date, team registration will require ₹200 or US$ 10 for each participant for GlacierHack 2025.

Final deadline for all participants to complete registration and form teams. After this date, team compositions will be locked for GlacierHack 2025.
Phase I Competition Ends
Last day to submit solution for Phase I problem statement.
All code, training, solution testing and performance metric must be submitted through our platform for Phase I of GlacierHack 2025. GlacierHack 2025 Phase I officially ends.

Top-performers of Phase I of GlacierHack 2025 is announced
Our panel of industry experts and academic leaders evaluates all solutions of Phase I of GlacierHack 2025. Top performers depending on the evaluation get eligibility to perform in the Phase II of GlacierHack 2025.

Top solutions at GlacierHack 2025 are evaluated by a distinguished panel of industry experts and academic leaders for trustworthiness, maturity, sustainability, and rule-abidance, culminating in the announcement of the top three winners and the top 15 performing teams, who earn the opportunity to present posters at IEEE InGARSS 2025.
Prize Distribution and Poster Presentation

The final day of GlacierHack 2025 features the Poster Presentation by the Top 15 Teams, showcasing innovative solutions and insights developed during the competition. This is followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where the top three winning teams are honored for their outstanding performance. The event concludes with the Closing Ceremony, marking the successful culmination of GlacierHack 2025 and celebrating the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and impact.
